What is your favorite memory in this zone?
My favorite memory would have to be getting Mound Park fixed up. Before this, the park was a mess and just thrown together.

Why are you motivated to serve as a zone captain?
I consider myself a role model around the community, especially within my church and to kids on the street. As a founder of Guns Down in Orange Mound, I think I would be a good leader for change.
What do you hope to see in Orange Mound in the future?
I would like to see more done for the youth. I also would like to see more stores in the neighborhood and more businesses.

Staff person at the Orange Mound Community Center, Guns Down in Orange Mound, Brotherhood at Beulah Baptist Church, and Orange Mound Outreach Ministries
