What is your favorite memory in this zone?
I remember winning the fight to save Dunbar Elementary and always enjoy going to the annual Back to School Backpack party at Hollywood’s house across the street.
Where do you like to go in this zone?
I love Dunbar Elementary and visiting the Melrose Stadium to see people I know and love.
Why are you motivated to serve as a zone captain?
I like the idea that I can use this as an opportunity to reunite people who have a common love for Orange Mound. Together we can and will do great things!
What do you hope to see in Orange Mound in the future?
The pride and love for the community restored. The blight eliminated. Camaraderie once again!
What other organizations are you apart of?
Shelby County School Board Member, New Ballet Ensemble, Melrose Alumni Association, Mentor at Dunbar Elementary and Melrose High School
